Pomegranate Smoothie


 INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup goji berries, soaked in water to soften
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • To add some more flavour you can also add:
  • 1 cup strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 cup raspberries (frozen)
  • 1 cup cherries (frozen)
DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.

  2. Blend until creamy.

  3. Taste and add additional sweetener or some ice if needed.
