Pomegranate Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup goji berries, soaked in water to soften
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- To add some more flavour you can also add:
- 1 cup strawberries (frozen)
- 1 cup raspberries (frozen)
- 1 cup cherries (frozen)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Blend until creamy.
- Taste and add additional sweetener or some ice if needed.
