Cucumber and Apple Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 medium cucumber
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cup of milk (you can use coconute milk) or water
- 1/2 tablespoon of honey
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Taste and add additional honey or some ice if needed.
